This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment in a breach of contract action brought by appellant, Weng Enterprises, Inc. In two points of error, appellant argues the trial court erred in not allowing two fact witnesses to testify. Appellees, Embassy World Travel, Inc., William E. Frank, and Dorothy M.
