In response to an original charge of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, LSA-R.S. 14:26 and 40:967, defendant, Delbert Andre Morrison, pled guilty to inciting a felony, LSA-R.S. 14:28. After reviewing a presentence investigation report, the trial court imposed the maximum permissible term of imprisonment, two years at hard labor.
