This appeal presents two points for our review: (1) whether the probate court erred in failing to find either that the testatrix was of unsound mind when she executed her 1984 and 1985 wills or that the wills were procured through her lawyer's exercise of undue influence upon her; and (2) whether the no-contest clauses of the two instruments are enforceable. We agree with the probate court that the 1985 will is valid and that it revoked the 1984 will...
