The defendant, Robert Fullop, appeals from the judgment of conviction of the crimes of theft and transacting business as an unlicensed securities broker or dealer. He argues that the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction of the crime of theft and that the court committed instructional error with respect to the securities' violation charged.
