PER CURIAM.

This is a disciplinary proceeding in which The Florida Bar petitions this Court to disbar the respondent Patricia G. Williams from the practice of law. We have jurisdiction1 and accordingly disbar the respondent.

The Florida Bar charged the respondent with eight counts alleging numerous ethical violations. The referee made the following findings as to each count.
