The appellant, Tracey Maurice Hereford, was convicted of arson in the second degree and was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment.

The prosecutor's comment in closing argument that he was "convinced of the degree of proof" does not constitute reversible error. Immediately after defense counsel's objection, the prosecutor stated that he "withdrew" the comment, and the trial court instructed the jury to the effect that it was the duty...
