Albert Mecchella appeals the judgment entered July 14, 1992, in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. This case arose out of an incident which occurred on September 10, 1988. In the early morning hours of that day, Mecchella was driving three friends around Philadelphia in his car.
