This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the District Court for the District of Massachusetts in favor of the Government, and against plaintiff-appellant, Michael Bruni II ("Mr. Bruni"), brother and administrator of the estate of Lisa M. Bruni ("Ms. Bruni"). Mr. Bruni brought an action under the Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA") to recover damages for the wrongful death of his sister, an employee of the United States Post Office...
