This is a Commonwealth appeal from an order of the lower court granting a suppression motion.1 A statement made by appellee and videotapes taken from her apartment were suppressed after the Honorable Juanita Kidd Stout found that the investigating officers violated appellee's rights as guaranteed by the fourth, fifth, sixth, and fourteenth amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
