This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered against Charlene Benavides who sued Lonnie McCown, Vernon Moore, and the lexas rarm Bureau Insurance Companies (TFBIC) for sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
