Following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, defendant Brian Pettiford was convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Pettiford appeals on the grounds that (1) the district court should have granted his motion for acquittal because of insufficient evidence, (2) the district court abused its discretion in failing to allow the jury to view the scene...
