Following trial of this product liability case, a verdict was returned by the jury in favor of the defendant and the plaintiffs filed a motion for a new trial. That motion has now been amended to waive all of the issues submitted on the original motion for a new trial except the issue of whether the testimony of Dr. Wallace Dixon Ward was admitted in violation of the restrictions...
