Charles E. Harris was charged and convicted of three felony counts involving methamphetamine. The trial judge sentenced defendant to seven years at hard labor on Count 1, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine; 12 years at hard labor on Count 2, distribution of methamphetamine; and eight years at hard labor on Count 3, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
