This is an action against a liability insurer. The result turns on the interpretation of an exclusion in a policy of automobile liability insurance. The trial court concluded that the exclusion applied and, therefore, granted summary judgment to defendant. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Warren v. Farmers Ins.
