This is an appeal from an order of the Sebastian Circuit Court finding that appellee, attorney John Fitzhugh, is entitled to 20% of any recovery by appellants, his former clients Frances and Larry Lancaster, in the setting aside of a trust. On appeal, appellants assert the circuit court erred in entering such an order because it was without subject matter jurisdiction to do so and because it awarded damages not contemplated by the parties.
