VICTORY, Judge.

Ergon, Inc. brought suit to expropriate a piece of land which it had leased since 1976 for the purpose of operating a compressor station. The landowner reconvened, asking the court to evict Ergon from his property for non-payment of rent in accordance with the terms of their written lease. From a judgment declaring the lease valid and enforceable, the landowner has appealed. We affirm in part and reverse...
