This is an appeal from a trial court's dismissal of a suit as a sanction for discovery abuse.

Sharon Siegel, a cardiovascular surgeon now practicing in California, filed suit on November 13, 1990, against Smith and Kelly, individually and doing business as Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates, alleging breach of an employment contract.
