The Secretary of Labor ("Secretary") sued Coyne International Enterprises ("Coyne") under § 7 of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 207, to recover overtime wages allegedly owing to drivers employed by Coyne.
