This is an appeal by Betty L. McCourt and Bernard L. McCourt, her husband, from an order of the Circuit Court of Braxton County in an action brought by them against the Oneida Coal Company, Inc. The circuit court's order granted Oneida summary judgment on the ground that the appellants' action was barred by the statute of limitations.
