PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order granting appellee expunction of his criminal record. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Appellee is a bail bondsman in Harris County, Texas. In the winter of 1989, he was notified by the Harris County Bail Bond Board that his license was subject to revocation for allegedly making a bond outside of the county in which he was licensed to do business. Appellee hired an attorney...
