Following a stipulated bench trial, defendant, Manuel Rivera, was convicted of the offense of the unlawful possession of 2.2 grams of a substance containing cocaine (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1402(b)). The trial court sentenced defendant to a two-year term of probation and a $200 fine.
