In this sentencing guideline case, we consider the propriety of the sentencing court's refusal to reduce the Defendant's offense level by two as required by U.S.S.G. § 3E1.1(a) (Nov. 1990) for recognition and acceptance of personal responsibility for his criminal conduct.
