OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

Janet Collier pled guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, namely cocaine, weighing less than 28 grams. The trial court assessed punishment at five (5) years deferred adjudication. We reverse.

The trial court held a hearing on Appellant's Motion to Suppress the cocaine. No live testimony was given, and the hearing consisted solely of the affidavits of two officers and the appellant. The trial court denied...
