KAPLAN, Justice.

Brenda Adams pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Punishment was assessed at fifty years' confinement and a $5000 fine.

Appellant filed a notice of appeal and pauper's oath. The trial court appointed John Nation to represent appellant on appeal. Nation made a professional evaluation of the record and concluded that there were no arguable grounds to be advanced...
