RALPH H. KELLEY, Chief Judge.

R.H. Spear, Douglas H. Spear, and The Spear Group, Inc., filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the debtors, Mr. and Mrs. Owens. In their answer to the involuntary petition, the Owens alleged that the creditors were not qualified to file the involuntary petition because their claims are subject to bona fide disputes.
