Plaintiff Tammy Ennen appeals from the Jersey County circuit court's dismissal of her four-count complaint against defendants, Wes and Linda White. She argues the trial court erred by concluding her amended complaint failed to state a cause of action under the Animal Control Act (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 8, par. 366) and by not granting her leave to amend her counts based on common law negligence.
