Jason Spencer appeals from an order denying his request for leniency under I.C.R. 35. We affirm.

Spencer pled guilty to two counts of sexual abuse of a minor under the age of sixteen. I.C. § 18-1506. The court entered the judgments of conviction on March 30, 1990, and imposed a unified sentence of five years, with a three-year minimum period of confinement, for each count.
