This is an unusual and perplexing case. Cool Light Company, Inc. (Cool Light) sought to develop and produce a new and superior light system for television and movies which would emit less heat, would last longer, and would produce better color quality on film. The lights, not surprisingly, were to be called "cool lights." Cool Light's founder, George Panagiotou, obtained all rights to the lighting concept and took his idea to Hollywood where...
