TAPKEN, Circuit Judge.
William Reif (Reif) appeals the order revoking probation and judgment of conviction. We affirm.
Reif was a general contractor living in Deadwood, South Dakota. He had a prime contractor's excise tax license as provided for under the provisions of SDCL ch. 10-46A until 1984 when his business did not warrant keeping the license valid.
