This appeal arises from the consolidation of two cases. In the first, plaintiffs, Western National Bank of Cicero and Western National Bank of Cicero, as Trustee (collectively "Western National") filed a complaint against Richard Moenning alleging default on a promissory note. In the second case, Richard and Margot Moenning (hereinafter "Moenning" or "the Moennings") filed a complaint against LaSalle National Bank...
