Each of the four appellants was charged with a single count of demonstrating in the United States Capitol building in violation of D.C.Code § 9-112(b)(7) (1981).1 Following a bench trial, the trial judge found all appellants guilty and sentenced them to five days imprisonment with execution of the sentence suspended.
