Charles Pitcock sustained personal injuries when he slipped and fell on the raised portion of a floor inside a building. Charles and his wife Velma (the Pitcocks) sued Worldwide Recycling, Inc., (Tenant) and Theodore F. and Jerry R. Smith (Landlords). Landlords filed a motion for summary judgment which the trial court granted.
