On June 22, 1990, the circuit court of Champaign County, pursuant to a revocation of the defendant's probation, sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant was given credit for time served, 149 days, which was ordered as a part of his original probation, and also was given credit for time served for the period of time from the filing of the petition to revoke probation...
