Presently before the court is the motion of Farris D. Reeves ("debtor") to dismiss the complaint to determine dischargeability of debt of Sears, Roebuck & Co. ("Sears") pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7004 which incorporates Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(a) and 4(j).
