The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

The Appellate Division has reversed and ordered a new trial on 30 of the 34 counts in the indictment. As conceded by the prosecutor, the Trial Judge had erred in failing to charge the jury on the corroboration requirement for accomplice testimony.
