This is an appeal from a judgment entered against Stephen Durish in his capacity as receiver for Summit Title Company, and 18 Rush Creek, Ltd., a partnership in which David G. Edgar and Edward P. De-Zevallos are members. Panan International sued 18 Rush Creek and its partners for breach of their fiduciary duties.
