George Wagers was convicted, following a jury trial, of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony. AS 11.71.030(a)(1) and AS 11.16.110(2)(B). The state's theory of the case was that Wagers was the doorman at a crackhouse, and that he thereby aided and abetted in the commission of the crime of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver...
