Waco Airmotive obtained a jury finding that American Bank of Waco wrongfully offset Waco Airmotive's account to pay notes at the bank. The jury found both actual and exemplary damages, resulting in a judgment against the bank for $599,959.06. The bank brought thirty assignments of error attacking the theory of recovery, the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the findings of wrongful offset and loss-of-credit damages, the award...
