This is an appeal from a consolidated action in which plaintiffs-appellants Julie Rossy and Nixa Ramos have respectively alleged sexual discrimination and retaliation in violation of Section 704(a) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e to 2000e-17.1
