This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court following a jury trial. The plaintiff, Mary Kennedy, appeals from the order of the trial justice granting the motion of the defendant, Michael E. Tempest to reduce the loss-of-consortium award and denying the plaintiff's motion to amend the judgment to increase the award to the statutory minimum.
