Plaintiffs appeal a judgment maintaining the defendants' exception of no cause of action insofar as plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendants from operating a soup kitchen which provides free food on the premises used as a regular location for a workshop consistent with the operation of a church facility. In addition, the judgment overruled the defendants' exception of no right of action but maintained defendants' exception of no cause of action respecting...
