OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted of capital murder for the shooting death of James Joe1 in the course of a burglary, V.T.C.A.Penal Code, § 19.03(a)(2). At the punishment phase of trial, the jury returned affirmative answers to the three special issues, and appellant was sentenced to death. Article 37.071, (b) & (e), V.A.C.C.P. Appeal is automatic in this Court....
