Michael Wassilie appeals a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a negligence action brought against Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AVEC). Wassilie received injuries from a severe electrical shock incurred when his citizens' band (CB) antenna toppled near AVEC's newly installed overhead electrical transmission wire system in the village of Eek.
