This is an appeal by respondent, Elizabeth Oldham (Elizabeth), widow of decedent J. Rufus Oldham and executor of his estate. Before his marriage to Elizabeth, Rufus was married to petitioner, Joan Oldham (Joan). During this latter marriage Rufus and Joan adopted two children, Christopher and Jodie.
