On September 6, 1988, the circuit court of McLean County entered a bifurcated judgment dissolving the marriage of petitioner Nancy L. Hobson and respondent John A. Hobson, reserving the remaining issues for a later hearing. Then, on March 22, 1990, the circuit court entered a supplemental judgment of dissolution of marriage which essentially incorporated a stipulation entered into by the parties on January 22, 1990...
