J.T.R. v. STATE

No. 90-1469.

576 So.2d 393 (1991)

In the Interest of J.T.R., a Child, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

March 13, 1991.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Barbara M. Linthicum, Public Defender, P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Edward Hill, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.
