The District of Columbia Court of Appeals has certified to this Court1 questions relating to a subrogee's rights against an automobile casualty insurer who settled with the subrogor after receiving notice of the subrogee's interest. The facts as given to us by the certifying Court, and the questions presented, are as follows:
