This litigation arises from the sale of an automobile dealership. The focus of the case is a stock purchase agreement between John Russo and Gary Storrer. When Storrer attempted to exercise his option to purchase more than the stated yearly block of stock, Russo refused to honor the option and transfer the additional shares to Storrer.
