This is a suit for damages sustained from an occupational disease caused by exposure to asbestos.

Plaintiffs, John Perry, Wilson James Cormier and Dewey Derouen, worked for Cities Service at its refinery in Calcasieu Parish. They allege that during their employment they were exposed to asbestos material, used as insulation at the refinery, and had been diagnosed as having asbestosis.
