Laura and Thomas Asbridge appeal a judgment for Farm Credit Bank of St. Paul, successor to Federal Land Bank of Saint Paul, decreeing foreclosure of a mortgage on a 6,330-acre ranch to satisfy a $1,455,938.68 debt in default since 1983.
